The Appraiser Cooperative is the end result of listening to hundreds of appraisers around the country voice their concerns of the direction the industry is heading in. We have actively spent time listening to what appraisers have to say in respected forums and through direct communication. We have heard you voice as a group your concern over having your fees reduced in a dramatic fashion by the Appraisal Management Companies. We have heard your concerns over the current state of the marketplace and the effect it is having on your daily, weekly, and monthly workflows. We have heard you struggle with marketing concepts and trying to determine how to effectively market to grow your business. Most importantly, we have heard your concern about not being able to come together and work together to meet and overcome these challenges.  At FHA Appraisers 123, our goal is to bring the collective appraiser community together and to offer to our members the opportunity to not only grow your business effectively, but to partner together by forming the first nationwide Appraisal Referral Community.
