The Appraiser Cooperative

Appraisers 123 has spent the last year talking to appraisers all over the country. We asked appraisers "What is it that you are most unhappy with in terms of how the industry was heading?". We received a variety of answers that have led us to develop the Appraiser Cooperative.

Appraisers said they were upset by the fees being offered today by Appraisal Management Companies. Low fee splits, unrealistic expectations, slow or lack of payment, and in some cases pressure to meet certain values were all reasons cited by appraisers to look upon AMC's with displeasure.  Won't happen at the Appraiser Cooperative!

Appraisers said they weren't sure how to market their businesses and be competitive. Some did not understand the power of the internet and how they could create a strong presence for their business online.  We heard your concerns and at the Appraiser Cooperative we are marketing to grow your business!

Appraisers said they were looking for opportunities to share referrals but had legitimate concerns over how to manage the referral process, collect their referral fees, and ensure that their client's trust in them was not compromised in any way. We heard your concerns and have set out to build the first true nationwide appraiser referral network here at Appraiser Cooperative!
